Mr. Thom Clark, Uniform Program Manager
Thom Clark, CMM is the Uniform Program Manager for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Air Force ROTC Det592. He began his employment with the ROTC program in 2004 after retiring from full time employment with the university as the Mail Services Manager in 2003. He attended Harding High School in Charlotte and graduated in 1968 after which he began his college education in 1968 at Central Piedmont Community College where he obtained his Associate in Arts degree in 1970. He later attended UNC Charlotte and graduated with a BCA (Bachelor of Creative Arts) degree in Music Education in 1974.
